MP Lifts has once again organised its MP Open Days event for customers, consultants and lift companies from Northern Europe. Held on 6 and 7 October, the event welcomed 30 attendees from different places such as the UK, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the company, its values, facilities and services, as well as how its factories operate. This initiative helps reinforce MP’s image as a company that is always committed to supporting its customers and partners, and that values transparency.
Discovering MP from the inside
The 2026 MP Open Days stood out for their combination of presentations, discussions and technical demonstrations showcasing the latest technologies developed by the company. The factory tour was one of the activities enjoyed by attendees, who were able to see the company’s extensive production line first-hand, discover its wide range of processes and learn about the dedication involved in manufacturing each lift.
Another highlight was the guided tour of our laboratory, which provided a closer look at the new MP Logix 40 controller. Integrated into the car door frame, it is available in MP’s latest models, the MP GO 200x and MP Flex 200x.
In addition to this activity, guests witnessed several live demonstrations. These included a demonstration in our test tower focusing on BS EN 81-76, the standard covering safety rules for the evacuation of people using lifts; the operation of connected lifts; remote control of one of our lifts; and the remote customisation capabilities of our latest display model, the 10-inch TFT-100.
Another highlight was the presentation of our car door operators: MP SynGO, designed for new lifts, and MP SynGO Modern, developed to modernise all previous MP door models.
Finally, attendees were among the first to discover a new model that MP is currently developing, and which will be available very soon. Its size and features are sure to impress.
Driving the future of the industry
Alongside these activities, MP welcomed several speakers, who shared their knowledge and experience in the vertical mobility industry with attendees. Among the welcome sessions, business discussions and in-depth product presentations, particular mention should be made of the presentation on cybersecurity delivered by our Regulatory Affairs expert.
During her presentation, she explained MP’s cybersecurity strategy with great expertise and professionalism, highlighting the planning required to ensure that our products are cybersecure and comply with new regulatory requirements before they come into force. She also emphasised the company’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that all developments carried out in our offices and factories are safe, reliable and efficient in terms of systems, devices and data management.
At MP, safety is an ongoing commitment that guides every decision, every development and every project.
